In leaked documentation Nokia X10 Symbian S^3 QWERTY slider revealed

Nokia X10 “release documents” have been caught on video and are now making their presumably illicit way around the web. Of course, this would be pretty trivial to fake, so do please put on your skepticism pants before reading further. The docs detail a QWERTY sliders handset dubbed the X10, a seeming followup to Nokia’s capacitive-equipped X6, but which runs Symbian S^3. In fact, it claims to be the first phone to do so, with a ARM Cortex A8 600MHz processor to help it out in such a mission, along with 256MB of RAM, 32GB or 16GB of internal storage and a 3.2-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. The 5 megapixel camera listed is a far cry from the 12 megapixel N87 flagship that Nokia’s said to be prepping for this new OS.

Symbian^4, 1GHz CPU & 12MP camera leaks with Nokia X9

The Nokia X9 is believed to be the successor to the Nokia X6, complete with a 1GHz Cortex A8 chipset, 12-megapixel camera with LED flash, HDMI and a 3.7-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen.Elsewhere there’s HSDPA, WiFi and aGPS, along with 32GB of onboard storage and a 3.5mm headphone socket.  The Symbian^4 device is expected to be capable of 720p HD video recording, and has some nifty social networking status updates too – along the bottom of that sizeable display run a series of icons for Twitter, Facebook, calls and messages, with a number indicating how many are unread or unanswered.Still, we’re a little sceptical since we’re not expecting Symbian^4 to arrive for another twelve months.  This could all be the handiwork of a Nokia-loving Photoshop artist, but even if that’s the case we’re hoping the Finns are watching closely; there are certainly elements to this smartphone that we’d like to see in real life.

At December 2010 Nokia E7 slated

The Nokia E7 surely flaunts a stunning form factor alluring several mobile enthusiasts and prospective buyers. With a 4-inch touchscreen and a QWERTY keypad, the smartphone blends in both of these with the fresh features of the Symbian^3. The release date of this handset remains hidden beneath the mist. Engadget reported yesterday that the device was going to hit shelves by December 10, 2010.Well, the Nokia E7 is not coming out on that date it’ll be launched somewhere in the month of December, 2010. The faux pas occurred due to Nokia’s tweet which stated ‘Dec 10’. All the same the company went ahead and corrected its mistake by tweeting, ‘Whoops. The E7 is on track to ship in ‘December 2010’ (the month) – not ‘Dec 10’ (the day) as said in our Tweet-up yesterday. Our bad.’So now the handset will be unraveled in the month of December, guess aspirant E7 owners will just have to wait out a little longer. The biding time might prove fruitful only if the smartphone suffices all their expectations. The device will retail for EUR 495.
